All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. The final price may vary if additional damage or work is discovered during the repair process. We will always contact you before proceeding with any additional work.
For insurance repairs, we work directly with your insurance provider. Any excess or gap between the insurance payout and the repair cost is the responsibility of the vehicle owner unless otherwise agreed.
Courtesy cars are provided through Right2Drive, subject to availability. Terms and conditions of the courtesy car provider apply.
We stand behind our work. If you have any concerns about the quality of a repair, please contact us and we will make it right.
Vehicles should be collected within 7 days of notification that work is complete. We reserve the right to charge reasonable storage fees for vehicles left beyond this period.
While your vehicle is in our care, it is covered by our insurance for any damage that may occur on our premises. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, personal items left in the vehicle, or mechanical issues unrelated to the panel and paint work performed.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
